Greetings!  I believe it provides liblapack-3.so as a virtual package
at the moment.  Thus, one can link against -llapack-3 with any one of
the -dev packages installed, and still get runtime linking against
whatever lapack package is installed at that point.  The runtime
virtual package is liblapack.so.3
