The problem is that the "themes-move" directory was empty without any theme in version 3.0.1 of pysychache. I'm working with version 3.1b that has fixed it and hope to upload it to Debian in less than a week.
In the meantime, if you need it fixed before, download http://download.tuxfamily.org/py4childs/pysycache/v3.1/pysycache-src-3.1b.zip and copy the contents of the pysycache-src/pysycache/themes-move directory to /usr/share/games/pysycache/themes-move in your computer and it will work.
