The file should be there. From memory, I install it in debian/rules,
and I haven't made any changes to debian/rules for some time.
However, it looks like you are correct, the file isn't there.
I will check my package source package tomorrow when I access the
computer I compiled it on.
Most likely, I somehow managed to stuff it up somehow.
Hmmm. I now have a vague memory now that maybe I had to comment out
that part of debian/rules because the file vanished from
upstream. That could explain it... If so I meant to come back to the
issue but forgot.
