Package: dlocate Version: 0.5-0.3 Severity: wishlist Only yesterday aptitude let me know, that locate has been split out from its original package and that there's actually a better replacement named mlocate. So I switched to the later and today dlocate wants to reinstall locate. Mhhh... duplication, doesn't make much sense here.
Would it be possible to support mlocate as well as locate? *t -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.22-3-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages dlocate depends on: ii dctrl-tools [grep-dctrl] 2.12 Command-line tools to process Debi ii dpkg 1.14.7 package maintenance system for Deb ii perl 5.8.8-12 Larry Wall's Practical Extraction dlocate recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
