Gnome-power-manager properly shows all batteries, but the estimation of
the remaining uptime seem to only take into account the first one.
For instance, my laptop has two batteries : the built-in one, and an
additional one. When the builtin battery is 2% and the additional
battery is 98%, g-p-m will estimate the remaining uptime to only a few
minutes (though the additional battery actually provides a few hours).
In such a situation, by default, the result is worse that just having a
very wrong estimation and having warnings pop up uselessly, because
g-p-m will decide to hibernate or shutdown the laptop when only a few
minutes remain.
The only workaround to avoid having the laptop hibernate at this point
(AFAIK) is to disable the hibernate on low battery config via gconf,
which the majority of users obviously don't know about.
