It seems you don't use anonftpsync (or not the last version of it).

Sync script changed to use anonftpsync (was manually rsync'ed as per the
debian.org website before).
Good !
You may chance the HOSTNAME variable of anonftpsync so that your local
trace file is named debian.eng.um.edu.mt instead of
http://debian.eng.um.edu.mt/debian/project/trace/guinevere.eng.um.edu.mt
(in this case you have to delete yourself the trace file with the oldname)
Done.
We like to add in Comments the available bandwidth of the mirror,
could you give me this info ?
There are three bandwidth "levels":
* site: is 100Mbit throughout campus (except for wireless, of course)
* local: the University is on the Malta backbone, which connects all local ISPs
* international: UoM has an international link via GEANT
I guess you already tried other mirrors in Europe, it's just a reminder
since some of them are on GEANT.
The mirrors chosen have been consistently fast and reliable :-)
It is likely others are closer network-wise, but it would take an
rsync-trial to actually determine if any are faster. I may look into
this again eventually.
