Package: libcupsys2-dev Version: 1.3.4-2 Followup-For: Bug #438067 not sure about the static libs thing, but there are several flags that simply do not belong there (-g, -I, -W*), but into CFLAGS and CPPFLAGS. this actually breaks the build of kde3 kdelibs with unsermake.
