Unfortunately I no longer know what receipe I used to reproduce this problem. (I switched to `ssh' to have something that actually works.) However, I just did some experiments that seem to indicate the problem is indeed solved. Or that I failed to reproduce it the same way it was triggered back then... Feel free to close the bug.
