Just to be clear-- the problem is not just that incrontab(1) removes
comments. The problem is that comments currently aren't allowed at all in
incrontab files. I.e. you can insert comments with any other editor, and
incrond will choke on them ("cannot create watch for system table
repository: (2) No such file or directory").
