Attempting to install the version 3.1.2.dfsg-3 of the splint (and
splint-data) packages as an upgrade from the version 3.1.1-6 splint
package produces the following error:

Perhaps there should be a replaces or conflicts declared between
splint-data and splint <= 3.1.1-6?
