The entry is almost ready to be included in the list of Debian mirrors.

Can you look at the name of the local trace file ?

Unfortunately, that wouldn't work because there is no virtual host
behind mirrors.st.uz.
You may enable /debian/ on all VH.

It seems you swtiched to ftp.nl.debian.org
