DH_OPTIONS is set on binary targets, but not unset on install
target. The following line should be added just before the install
target:
install: DH_OPTIONS=
The result looks coherent with the contents of -3, and interdiff
reveals the DH_OPTIONS handling was completely new in -3, so the error
was obviously introduced there.
I'll have to add a Replaces line on the -4 packages to allow for a
smooth upgrade.
I'll launch a build, and will upload it ASAP.
