Package: elinks
Version: 0.11.1-1.2etch1
Followup-For: Bug #331638

Hello,

This bug has been here for quite some time. Since it will not be an easy to fix
"bug", should not Debian script warn before installing, if UTF8 is set at the
system, that non us-ascii-7 chars will cause visual problems?

I home elinks developers one day implement UTF-8 support, but a warn to Debian
users would be good for now.

Thank you.
