Yes, I still have that problem.
No, I do not have a way to reproduce it clearly.
By "sometimes" I mean that it occours once ~every two months.
The only thing I can think of is the type of pages I browsed at those
times. They always had plenty of Flash, Java, many JavaScript elements or
similar stuff on it and scrolled horrobly slow. ;)
If I remember correctly, I first recognised that problem somewhen back
with Firefox 1.0.x.
