The full error (from the buildd [1]) is:
dpkg-shlibdeps: failure: no dependency information found for
/usr/lib32/libxml2.so.2 (used by
debian/libwine/usr/lib/wine/msxml3.dll.so).

I see from #457833 that you're now on top of this, and that the path
has been fixed to be /emul/... so I guess I'll leave it up to the
ia32-libs maintainers to sort this last bit out.

No, it doesn't:
