On behalf of the QA group, I have been looking at packages which are
blocking the removal of libraries currently in the section oldlibs,
and icewm is one of them, depending on imlib. With the aim
of fixing as many of the depending as possible to pave the way for
gradual removal of imlib, I would request you to consider
moving to imlib2.
Maybe. There is however icewm version 1.3 which uses gdk-pixbuf-xlib
instead of imlib1.
icewm-1.3 should be completely backward compatible to 1.2, so switching
to 1.3 should not
be a problem. (If anyone desires to add imlib2 support it should not be
too hard to add it in 1.3
since the code had major cleanups in this area).
