I still maintain that these constants are descriptive enough for
anyone to understand how to use them/their value.
We are working on bunch of new stuff, including 1000 times better
reference structure, 100 times better class/method listing/docs, and
constants, ini options and configure option indexes.

The current status can be viewed online on http://docs.php.net/manual
and downloaded from http://docs.php.net/download-docs.php?sizes=1
(builds done _after_ December 10th have the new improved stuff).

Our bug tracker sucks. Big time. There is some work going on to replace it.
