reassign 364804 libchipcard-tools found 364804 4.0.0-1 stop libchipcard3 3.x has been obsoleted by libchipcard 4.x and will be removed in the near future. Unfortunately the bug is still present in current libchipcard 4.0.0, thus I reassign it to libchipcard-tools.
