Mmm, isn't that change of behavior actually a bugfix?

I mean, I have never known this detail by heart, and it happens that
I've always been having troubles to correctly interpret "xx:yy" as mm:ss
and "xx:yym" as hh:mm. To me, "xx:yy" would logically represent hh:mm
just because that's what my clock shows etc.

On the contrary, now that it is "xx:yy" as hh:mm and "xx:yym" as mm:ss,
I don't have troubles...
