Yes, we (http://alioth.debian.org/projects/pkg-gmagick/) are planning to do a new upload soon. The work is being done on our SVN repository (http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-gmagick) I just want to have more eyes looking at http://people.debian.org/~naoliv/misc/imagemagick_diff.txt (applied on top of SVN), to see if everything is OK. Then I think that it's ready for an upload. (The need for more review on the above patch is that, sincerely, I don't have experience in packaging libs; so more people reviewing would be good to avoid any mistakes) > I maintain the ruby bindings for imagemagick, and their new version > requires imagemagick >= 6.3. I see. I hope that soon we get an updated imagemagick available on Debian. > Something else: I see that you are not officially the maintainer of > imagemagick. Are you planning to adopt it? We are 3 people working on it (Luciano Bello, Daniel Kobras and me), so at least for now I think that there is no need to orphan it, right? :-) Best regards, Nelson -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
