Frankly, that really depends on the amount of rewrite. Believe me, for some packages, the rewrite *really* deserves to be severity "normal", given the obfuscation reached by the English texts...:-) But, well, you're generally right. Anyone in dle to disagree with turning such bug reports to "minor"?
