Hi !

I was just facing the same problem as you did. But I noticed that launching 
soundKonverter created a soundKonverter directory in 
~/.kde/share/apps/amarok/scripts. I then quit and started again amarok, and I 
saw the soundkonvert scripts appearing in the script manager window.
