Package: pdnsd Version: 1.2.6-par-4 please add randomize_servers=on into pdnsd-recurse.conf
man pdnsd.conf randomize_servers=(on|off); New in version 1.2.6: Set this option to on to give each name server in this section an equal chance of being queried. If this option is off, the name servers are always queried starting with the first one specified. Even with this option on, the query order is not truly random. Only the first server is selected randomly; the following ones are queried in consecutive order, wrapping around to the beginning of the list when the end is reached. Note that this option only effects the order within a section. The servers in the first (active) section are always queried before those in the second one, etc. The default is off, but if you are resolving from root servers setting this option on is highly recommended. If root_server=on this option also effects the query order of the name servers for the top-level domains. -- 5o Peter.Mann at tuke.sk -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
