The problem is in the configure script. It checks if ocamldep.opt
exists or not and save the result in $OCAMLDEP. Then, when it comes to
ocamldep,  $OCAMLDEP has  already  a value  so  he answers  no too  if
ocaml-native-compilers is not installed.

Here is a patch to solve the problem :
