Almost 2 years ago you mentioned that the reason that Ganglia version 3.x was not getting into Debian was because the developers had included some of the source of glibc directly into Ganglia without changing the licence of Ganglia from BSD to GPL. You were going to contact the developers and let them know about the problem, but you never mentioned the outcome of the discussion in the Debian bug-tracking system. Have you considered reporting this problem to the FSF?
