Technically, it would be possible to rework the package so that there would
be a version with python support for experimental, but I don't consider this
worth the effort just to include some code that hasn't seen maintenance in
years.
If you want to see python support in Debian's libgsf packages, talk to
upstream (through [EMAIL PROTECTED]) and work with upstream to get the
python support code into a form considered suitable for distribution
inclusion. Once upstream is happy to have distributions ship this code in
their packages, I'll be happy to include it in ours.
