as far as i can see (which may not be very far) this is completely separate to bug #449391 (however it is still essentially a documentation issue rather than a bug) :
the point is, both apt-get and aptitude will honour the setting of Dir::Etc::SourceParts which is, by default set to /etc/apt/sources.list.d so if you need a separate sources.list to be read then you need to set that variable to /dev/null or sources files in that dir will be read. In other words, setting Dir::Etc::SourceList alone is not enough if you also use /etc/apt/sources.list.d. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
