Hi,

With very limited success, I've been trying to get an answer to the following question and I was wondering if you might be able to assist.

JP Rosevear wrote the following comment in the bug log of bug #269566 (import problems on upgrade)

On 2005-02-22 he wrote:

So we've prevented the crash now. It seems to happen when e-d-s can't
load for some reason. We'll see what happens with new reports.

I am trying to determine if this bug was fixed in 2.0.4 or not and where I might find documentation either way. Debian has just frozen and I'm trying to figure out if it needs to update to 2.10 before release or not.

Could you please tell me where I might find this information, or alternatively tell me who would be able to assist in this?

Appreciate any guidance you might be able to bring to the matter.

Kind regards,

Gerardo,

Seeing that your name frequently appears on Evolution bug #269566, I wonder if you might be able to assist.

I emailed JP Rosevear the message below two weeks ago, but I've not heard anything. We're trying to determine if v2.0.4 has this bug fix but I've been unable to determine where I might locate this information.

I'd appreciate any light you might be able to shine on the matter.

Fingers crossed,

From my looking at CVS, v 2.0.4 was released on 2005-02-14.

Debian is getting ready to freeze and I'm trying to figure out if this bug was resolved for 2.0.4 or not. I cannot find any references to this bug anywhere else, but I'm sure I'm looking in the wrong spot.

Can you either confirm when this bug was actually fixed, or where I might locate that information?

Kind regards,
