Can you please tell me what utility you use to figure out that wakeups
are happening?  I will dig into this.

Glancing through the code a bit more, the intention seems to be to
redraw only if the LED values have changed (time interval to check that
is 100 ms).  And if ui.clock.enable = 0 (which it is in 0.11.3-1), there
should be no redraw required (atleast for offline documentation like you
indicate).

I agree, I will raise an upstream bug about this after we understand
this better.  For now we should comment out the options in the default
config file (we wouldn't have issues like this from 0.12 if we decide to
not ship a default config file).
