Package: insserv
Version: 1.10.0-3
Severity: normal

Hi,

# dpkg-reconfigure insserv
info: Checking if it is safe to convert to dependency based boot.
error: Unable to enable dependency based boot system.
#

It'd be nice if it told me why it can't enable it.
