When trying
stereograph -A -o s.png -w 100 -M -b 20.png
I get a segault. Using
stereograph -A -M -w 100 -b 20.png -o s.png
works fine.
While the manual page does specify the correct order:
stereograph [options] -b base [-t texture] [-o output]
I wouldn't expect this to matter, and it certainly shouldn't result in a
segfault.
