Dear All;
The package is ready for review, but there seems to be not to much
interest among developers. In case anyone is curious, here is the
package.

I am open to suggestions for how to move this forward, and keep this
tool in Debian. At the moment I am not willing to maintain a CGI
validator. I wouldn't use it, and I don't have the experience to deal
with the security implications.
