When to run pg_config, it return as localization " /usr/lib/pgxs/src/makefiles/pgxs.mk" but the correct localization in the system is "/usr/lib/postgresql/8.3/lib/pgxs/src/makefiles/pgxs.mk"
I believe that problem is in the build Makefile.global.
