Package: curl Version: 7.17.1-1 Severity: wishlist Using curl in scripts you normally do not want the statistics. I'd like a way to shut this up - "-q" is fairly traditional.
You can accomplish this using '-w ""' but that's very non-obvious and took a good 5-10mins hunting. Even a reference in the manpage so that a search for "quiet" doesn't show anything.
