I use it often. I happened to notice that duplicating a sheet, and re-entering a cell's value within the new sheet, produces different results, and that recalculating with F9 works around the bug. The sheets are in a big, slow and proprietary workbook. In case you're hoping I'll take the time to cut it down to a small one that duplicates the bug, OK, but there are just a few things that I'd like to do first: First, I'd like to re-elect George Bush, go hunting with Vice President Dick Cheney, and jump off the Sears Tower, head first, onto a thumb tack. Having said that, 1.) I have already spent some time trying to cut it down, without result, and 2.) I happened to notice that gnumeric duplicates the sheet dramatically and suspiciously faster than F9 recalculates it, so I suspect that certain cell dependencies are not updated when duplicating sheets, but are updated by pressing F9.
