If you build again you will notice that dh_cligacpolicy fails with the following errors: --------------------- dh_cligacpolicy dh_cligacpolicy: Warning! No Build-Depends(-Indep) on cli-common-dev (>= 0.5.5)! sh: /usr/bin/cli-sn: No such file or directory sh: /usr/bin/cli-al: No such file or directory dh_clifixperms --------------------- The /usr/share/cli-common/policies.d/libflickrnet2.1.5-cil/policy.2.1.FlickrNet.dll file doesn't exist in the built deb so, the installation fails.
