Bart's file incorrectlyused "CHARSET" as charset which makes the PO file invalid. Attached is the corrected file. I did pur "UTF-8" as charset but, anyway, it seems to me that Dutch makes little if no use of non ASCII characters and I actually saw none of these in that file.
