In the exim_db man page there are 3 "term paragraphs" for the 3 databases. After the last (misc) there is no paragraph break so the rest of the description section is indented too far. I'm not that quick at making patches but all that is needed is to change line 48 from blank to ".P" in exim4-4.68/debian/manpages/exim_db.8. Thanks!
