I have the same issue. This breaks the "search" dns suffix feature for all but the first domain listed in "domain" which is a mild annoyance (I have to type out fully-qualified hostnames), but also breaks tools like "dig" completely:
% dig @4.2.2.1 example.com. dig: parse of /etc/resolv.conf failed -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
