reassign swish++ thanks Hi Norman,
Please note that index++ is part of swish++, not part of dhelp. I'm going
to reassign the bug to swish++. If the author doesn't want to add that
functionality to index++, he can always reassign again to pstotext,
ghostscript or something similar...
