Warning: the syntax of the options is the VMS one. For Unix, change the / to a - and type the option name in lower case. but when you type clustalw -help it looks like someone already replaced the / characters with - characters. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
