Ok, I change point which user makes easy for librexml-ruby document.

I would like to propose you please add dependency (such as 
recommend or suggest ) from librexml-ruby1.8 to rdoc package. 

I would like to document in README.Debian which How to make 
librexml-ruby api briefly.

please consider it.
