[Done] * Ask you to retest with every new Gnumeric release - did anything about this issue change with 1.8.1? * Point out that the Debian sources to Gnumeric do not patch the core Gnumeric engine in any way, so issues like this can be reported at bugzilla.gnome.org directly - just mention that you're using the Debian packages, and if there is something Debian-specific about the issue, the developers know where to find me.
