I am probably missing something, but nagios2 in sid and lenny has a
comment-only, no-op debian/nagios2-common.logrotate. Can you please
verify that your nagios package has actual contents in
/etc/logrotate.d/nagios2-common and that you have accepted a conffile
change that was offered to you during package update?
