Package: qbankmanager
Version: 0.9.48-2
Severity: minor

In the debian/rules file the DEB_CONFIGURE_EXTRA_FLAGS variable is set
before including some cdbs files.

I found that setting the variable before the includes has no effect at
all. Only after moving the line after the includes, the content of the
variable was appended to the configure command.

Please correct this, as it's confusing for people trying to modify and
rebuild the package.

Regards, David
