Was libaprutil1 upgraded to 1.2.12+dfsg-2+b1? If so, I suspect you 
could fix the problem by installing the apache2 packages from 
unstable (2.2.8-1).

If not, please follow the instructions 
in /usr/share/doc/apache2.2-common/README.backtrace
and provide a backtrace.
