Hi, I can confirm this error message with the latest lenny package version. I also had to amend the last line "Rewrite .* /typ3/index.php [L]" which produced the error. After I changed the line to rewrite only PHP and PDF-Files I still have the problem that PDF-Downloads don't work and the Backend seems to be broken. Btw. I did a fresh debian installation.
