xmonad-rebuild is scheduled for removal as well, so you ignore that problem. A new xmonad upload is in NEW (but also with missing dependencies). The current version (0.4) in unstable is already uninstallable. So either remove the xmonad in unstable as well, or leave it in with an additional broken dependency (it already has one, so it should not really matter). The haskell-x11-extras package is useless, as all reverse dependencies are uninstallable anyways and will either be removed or upgraded to not depend on haskell-x11-extras. Sorry for this slightly messed up situation.
