Package: xchat Version: 2.8.4-2 Severity: normal --- Please enter the report below this line. --- xchat works fine using locale en-US but when I switch to gu-IN, it behaves somewhat odd while entering text in any channel. Last two or three characters cuts from sentences.

Funny thing is that we can see the text if we select it!
