Package: quodlibet Version: 0.10.1-1 Severity: important
quodlibet depends on the python-id3lib package wich is currently RC buggy: #308225. The python-id3lib package tries to replace the file /usr/lib/python2.3/site-packages/pyid3lib.so which is owned by python2.3-id3lib. quodlibet 0.10.1-1 depends on this package and thus, upgrading quodlibet leads to the python-id3lib's bug #308225. As quodlibet depedns on python 2.3 (<< 2.4), it should not depend on python-id3lib but on python2.3-id3lib. Indeed, if the user installs python-id3lib with the --force-overwrite switch, quodlibet cannot display the songs anymore (an ID3 tag issue I suppose).
